Order Process:
Our voice mail is in operation 24 hours a day, however
be sure to include all relevant information.
Can place an order via, phone, fax, e-mail.
Payment Process:
We accept Visa, MC and Discover. When sending payment
please send Money Order or Company check. Personal checks
will take 7 days to clear.
Shipping Process:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We ship
via FedEx and USPS. Oversized or odd shaped object items are usually extra.
Minimum Shipping cost is $4.50.
Very Large items are shipped Truck Freight.
Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a damaged Box DO NOT send item back. FedEx will pick up
parcel and inspect for insurance coverage.
Returns and Exchanges:
We not pay for shipping returns, unless it was our mistake. If you return an item it is
Your responsibility to pay the shipping. Call before returning an item to us. There
will be no charge for returning an item within 30 days. However, after 30 days
there will be a 20% restocking fee. After 60 days we will not refund your money,
but will issue you store credit. There is no returns on electrical items, paint, books,
literature, decals, and any special orders.
